I Have Had Breast Cancer, Had Surgery, And Chemo Treatment

I have had breast cancer, had surgery, and chemo treatment six years ago. I have taken Anastrozole for approximately 5 years. The oncologist said I could keep on taking it. I have had a few side effects (hot flashes), but in the last 6-8 months I have had very noticeable hair loss. I see that is one of the side effects of the drug, but I don't know whether I should discontinue taking it. I am 76 years old.
