I Have Had Brief Moments Of Confusion Always While Watching

I have had brief moments of confusion always while watching television. Two episodes within about a week of each other (about five months ago) and one just a few minutes ago. I am 70 years old and a pretty anxious person but otherwise in good health. Any suggestions?
