I Have Had Bright Red Blood Appear On My Toilet

I have had bright red blood appear on my toilet paper and orangey red blood appear within my stool. During, it feels like a cracking and it hurts to squat after for a little while. I've been constipated and the stools have been hard. I haven't been drinking so much lately or eating too much because of money issues and I've had a mild dry mouth. I get very very mild cramps after a BM and I'm just worried something is wrong. There is no itching, pain at any other time, and no changes other than listed already. I'm a female in my 20s and an anemic so I'm concerned. I've bled before around a year ago, but it was very occasional and I wasn't concerned but this has been a consecutive week.
