I Have Had Burning Itching And Raw Feeling Before Every

I have had burning itching and raw feeling before every period for 3 months straight Along with brown discharge. Been tested for everything and all came back negative. Even had blood work on everything. A lot of people online say they have this same problem with no cure. I have taken monistats and antibiotics and nothing is helping. I can't do this every month.
