I Have Had Cancer Since I Was 30 Iam 70

I have had cancer since I was 30 Iam 70 now and have 147.9 mal neo nasopharyngeal n could only see to 147.8 is it the same ? Iam 4 generation in my family and have 2 of my 3 brother with cancer ! Bone marrow test next month. My blood Dr. Wanted me to get B12 shots August and sept 2 times a week first ?? Is that scart ??
