I Have Had Cataract Eye Surgery On Both Eyes. A

I have had cataract eye surgery on both eyes. A slime like debris apparently from the liquefaction of the natural lens during surgery has now contaminated the aqueous humor of my eyes partially blocking my field of vision. I feel that I am now vision impaired. Is there any solution? Thank you.
