I Have Had Cataract Surgeries Without A Good Outcome. Cannot

I have had cataract surgeries without a good outcome. Cannot see clearly past the end of my arm even with new glasses. Don't feel confident that I'm being fully informed as to why, and whether my vision will ever be better. Using drops and going back soon for a new eyeglass prescription. Don't know what to do. At what point do I go elsewhere to get a second unbiased opinion?...OR contact an attorney? Second surgery was mid-april.
