I Have Had Cervical And Uterine Cancer When I Was

I have had cervical and uterine cancer when I was 25. I had right breast cancer when I was 47 I am now 64 and have a hard lump in my right axillary region and has some pain associated with it. It has grown bigger since I found it a year ago. I had an ultrasound 6 months ago and they said they would keep a watch on it. I also have had some lumps removed from my left breast removed. Could this be cancer again?
