I Have Had Chest Congestion For A Few Weeks But

I have had chest congestion for a few weeks but I don't feel sick. Went to my family doctor and was put on steroids but now that I'm done back to being congested. Should I go back or to a different Doctor? She said no fluid build up and sounded clear.
