I Have Had Chest Pain Intermittently For A Few Years

I have had chest pain intermittently for a few years and usually goes away after a few years. Feels like someone sitting on my chest. This time it's lasting for about an hour with pain in both ears and kind of out of it and earlier this morning was short of breath with no energy. Please help
