I Have Had Chest Pain Starting In Jan, It Started

I have had chest pain starting in Jan, it started in the center of my chest and now goes all around my chest and into my back shoulder blades, I went to Hosp in Feb, not my heart, lungs or bold clot they said. Sent home with pain mds went to my personal dr and he said I had chest cavity muscle spasms, got meds for that and the only thing they did was stop the spasms! still have the pain and this am I found a rash under my right arm pit. Could all this pain be the shingles and now just starting to show up on the out side?
