I Have Had Chronic Cellulitis In Both Of My Legs

I have had chronic cellulitis in both of my legs for the past 15 years. The condition is recurring, every 3 -4 months. Usually brought on by a cut in my feet or leg, insect bite etc. I have pretty severe symptons, including fever, chills, nausea etc. I treat the condition with Cipro and painkillers. Usually take bedrest and elevate the affected leg. Questions: will I develop an immunity to Cipro if I continue to take it ? I have varicose veins in both legs so endeavor to use compression stockings between cellulitis attacks. I am a 75 year old man with otheriwise generally good help. Any advice would be appreciated.
