I Have Had Cold/flu Symptoms Since Tuesday & Have Been

I have had cold/flu symptoms since Tuesday & have been taking OTC sever sinus & cold meds. I now have a sound after I breathe out that I can't seem to get rid of & I just don't feel good, is this something that will just take time to go away or do I need to be more concerned about & see a dr?
