I Have Had Cold Symptoms For A Few Days, And

I have had cold symptoms for a few days, and have been diagnosed with atrial fibrillation (66 years old). My afib is manageable. However, with these cold symptoms, I have a sense of constriction of the trachea, and am concerned that it could be bronchitis or pneumonia. I am running a 102.9 degree fever.
