I Have Had Colon Problems Since College And I Am

I have had colon problems since college and I am 60 in excellent health 5'5 and weigh 117 since having Breast cancer 4 years ago, I've had severe pain radiating into both right and left lower quadrant, I've tried digestive enzymes also pro-biotics and the pain is getting worse, some days I don't have to lay down with it and then there are days it's dibilitating, I'm not constipated because for 15 yrs I've used Miralax daily can you help me?
