I Have Had Congestion And A Rapsy Voice With Some

I have had congestion and a rapsy voice with some coughing for the last Month. I have taken antibiotics which have not helped and I can not get rid of it. I have been using Flonase and allergy medicine.

I don't feel sick, just have this congestion and rapsy voice with some coughing.
