I Have Had Consistent Sinus Drainage For Several Months. Coincident

I have had consistent sinus drainage for several months. Coincident with that, I have experienced a bitter taste in the mid to back part of my tongue, which sort of comes and goes. (I also have much heartburn but I really don't feel like I bring acid up into my throat. Regularly I do have to take antacid like tums, rolaids and pepcid).

My concern is the bitter taste, which I assume is associated with my sinus drainage. Since it pretty much started and continues with the sinus drainage and throat clearing, etc., does it seem probable this is the cause? Does it sound concerning to you?
