I Have Had Constant Pain In My Left Buttock And

I have had constant pain in my left buttock and hip also in my lower calf for about 6 years now and again I get pins and needles in lower calf but I am in so much pain now permanently I am ok when I get out of bed in morning but when I sit down to have my cup of tea then I am in agony..I slipped on ice 7 years ago n fell more on my left side
