I Have Had Constant Spasming And Cramping In My Guts

I have had constant spasming and cramping in my guts for two months....I have sharp pain under my belly button area after eating.....I am also very bloated and have issues pooping- it's either constipation or explosive diarrheal.....gynecology only concerned they can't find my right ovary on ultra sound and gastro folks just did endoscopy that came out fine. I had a colonoscopy in Nov 2015 that was fine. My gastro doc says I don't have symptoms of gall bladder issues-
I am 49 and thought at first it's menopause stuff but now I'm worried it's a bigger issue- what do you think?
