I Have Had Constipation For Three Or Four Days Now

I have had constipation for three or four days now and I've ate a lot within those days and I've ate 4 ex lax chocolates today around 1 pm today and it is now 8:14 pm and still can't poop. I've drank water all day and have had stomach pains but cannot manage to poop. I've have been dealing with constipation for years now and don't know any solution to ease it.
