I Have Had Debilitating Fatigue On And Off With Sweats..

I have had debilitating fatigue on and off with sweats.. Not able to regulate my temperature.. Lately I have had stiff painful hips and lower back ..and tonight swollen painful finger joint..like a bunion but on my finger..I am low thyroid..and I was bitten by deer ticks earlier this spring..but they hadn't been on me for more than 24 hours..though deep and painful bites to my surprise..I was tested earlier for lime..but think I need to be again.
I am 52 and have had a history of low iron as well
