I Have Had Debilitating Lower Back Pain Treated With PT

I have had debilitating lower back pain treated with PT and spinal injections for years without any real relief. I finally agreed to surgery which revealed was much more severe than imaging indicated. Surgery extensive and took about 10 hours. Surgeon said bones "spongy" and difficult to find enough solid bone for screws, rods, cages. Two months later one of the cages had to be removed and replaced as migrated and pushing into spinal canal. Six months now since initial surgery and still in excruciating pain. The lab keeps repeating my SED rates and CRP and consistently three times higher than normal. WBC borderline. Waiting for hopeful approval to take Forteo. The osteoporosis is severe and fear my metal hardware breaking loose again. Blood cultures and CXR normal. Been having diarrhea as well. Associated or separate problem? What should I do? Doubt if any of this including the pain is normal.
