I Have Had Dental Pain For 8 Years Off And

I have had dental pain for 8 years off and on. I do not have insurance. Many teeth are rotted. Right now I am having severe pain in my top has related to a couple of teeth I know need to come out. The pain is radiating down all of my right arm. How serious is this? I don't have the money to fix anything right away. Please help.
