I Have Had Diabetis For 2 Years. I Am A

I have had diabetis for 2 years. I am a 67 female who beat breast cancer. Fell off the wagon and gained 15 lbs of 58 lost. Good news, back on my program completely. Bad news. Thought had carpal tunnel and had surgery July 7th. Absolutely no better and then realized may be neurapathy in my fingers. Numb and tingle all the time. Middle 3 usually. I really cannot afford to try Lyrica and would love to do natural or vitamins. What do you recommend to help me? Thanks
