I Have Had Diarrhea All Week Along With A Bad

I have had diarrhea all week along with a bad cold. I've been off from work and requiring a lot of rest. I saw a PA early on who said I tested negative for strep and flu, so, it was viral and no antibiotics. It's been like a cold on steroids! For the past few days, whatever small amounts I am able to eat or drink go right through me and come out quickly in a violent way. I should be able to tolerate salad! (I ate some oatmeal for dinner which seems to be staying with me).
