I Have Had Diarrhea For 11 Days Now, I Thought

I have had diarrhea for 11 days now, I thought it was a 24 bug but it has not gone away. Mostly it occurs in the morning, but I have pain, bloating cramping in my abdomen all day. The last few days, I have felt nauseous most of the day, I'm very sensitive and my drinking water tastes different to me.
