I Have Had Diarrhea For A Week And No Matter

I have had diarrhea for a week and no matter what I take it won't go away. I am also now starting to have abdominal pain. I do have gastroparesis, and had a gastronomy a year ago. I have been nauseous for a couple of days, but for me that is normal.
