I Have Had Diarrhea For About Three Weeks. Just Water

I have had diarrhea for about three weeks. Just water no so.id stools. Otherwise I don't have any symptoms that I can explain this is happening. My appetite seems off, I'm not very hungry. I know I probably need labs,but is there any reason this should carry on so long ?
