I Have Had Diarrhea For Almost Three Days. Today, I

I have had diarrhea for almost three days. Today, I noticed an inflammation, burning sensation in my penis. When I first got sick I didn't pee for a day or so and when I finally did, it was very dark yellow. Now the pain is not present while I pee, but afterwards. I haven't had sex rescently. Can you help?
