I Have Had Diarrhea For Three Days I Took Pepto

I have had diarrhea for three days I took pepto bismol Tuesday that didn't work cause I still have it today. I have only been today eating crackers and drinking water and Gatorade so I just took some Imodium ad,I did eat some soup yesterday and a hour later I was back in the bathroom...but I'm very Hungary today like I said today all I ate was crackers water and Gatorade what should I do
