I Have Had Diarrhea Since Friday, I Started Early Hours

I have had diarrhea since Friday, I started early hours of the morning and was going toilet every 20 mins all day and felt sick but wasn't sick, the following day in the early hours of the morning I was sick its was orange bile with brown in it, as well as going to the toilet by which time it was green water, I drank plenty of fluids, rehidrate sachets. The pain in my abdoman is bad and on sunday I had a temperature and my head feels fuzzy with a headache and paracetamol now is not taking it away, although I am passing semi soft stools now and they are nor watery and green I still have pain and feel dizzy what can I do next Thanks.
