I Have Had Diarrhea Since Thursday. The First 3 Days,

I have had diarrhea since Thursday. The first 3 days, it was awful and almost constant. It got a little better Sunday and I only had to go once yesterday and once today. My stomach cramped really bad the first 3 days, now it only cramps when I go, but its awful cramps and its generally in my upper stomach, but today it is in my lower stomach. I went about 20 minutes ago, and my stomach is still cramping. Should I be concerned?
