I Have Had Discharge From The California Area. I Had

I have had discharge from the California area. I had juste 30 years ago. I have had this for several months. Did have an US and swab. All was clear. If I use estrogen cream I bleed and tonight it was quite a bit. Still a discharge and pain if no cream. What could be the issue. It upset me when I saw the dripping blood.
