I Have Had Distortion In Left Ear For Long Time,

I have had distortion in left ear for long time, first noticed this when my son would cry loudly..my left left ear would distort the sound......sounded like blown speaker on a stereo, my son is now 25 yrs old, prior to his birth...in 1990 I had a high speed motorcycle get off... fracturing tail bone and driving hip into pelvis breaking both hip and pelvis, this didn't remove the need for speed and I had another incident in May of 1996 I was run over by another rider in a road racing event, compound fracture to left fibula, dislocated left knee, and also clean break of the right femur, have a bracket in left fib, and rod in right femur, my chiropractor informed my that I fractured my C4 at some point.... but recently I'm getting a bulging left ear drum and my face has started to twitch right under my left eye...any input would be great......I've just put in a referral for ear and throat DR. and also seeing family DR. on Monday to request MRI.
