I Have Had Dizziness, A Tightness When I Breath, Kind

I have had dizziness, a tightness when I breath, kind if like I'm running out of air or something, neck and left arm pain and a headache for several days. I am hoping it is just stress, but want to be sure. I am a 33 year old female, always been fairly healthy except for migraines.
