I Have Had Dizziness On And Off Since Friday. It

I have had dizziness on and off since Friday. It comes back when I drive. I don't know if its allergies, a cold, or my prescribed glasses causing too much eye strain.

Also the symtens of a pinched nerve in my left leg? A lot of discomfort from my quads to my foot?
