I Have Had Dizzinessfor The Last Four Days. I Think

I have had dizzinessfor the last four days. I think i am hungry, i eat lightly, not alot of appetite, i go to the bathroom maybe after an hr i either want to throw up or poo. My throat hurts, i can function and do things but the most comfortable position is lying down. Also my throat hurts, feels a little burning. I took my temp it is 36.6. I also am burping a lot.
