I Have Had Dizzy Symptoms And Sometimes Double Vision. I

I have had dizzy symptoms and sometimes double vision. I have had my hearing checked, an MRI and MRA of the head region completed with no results found. The spells last less than a minute but when the dizziness subsides my face becomes flushed. I also have familial tremors and am wondering if this is an added symptom of my tremors
