I Have Had Dry Ears (I Wear Hearing Aids), Dry

I have had dry ears (I wear hearing aids), dry nostrils-sinus for a long period (years). also occasional trouble with swallowing in morning. Lately have had a metal taste in mouth with frequent heartburn. I recently had a stress test done, and came back normal.
