I Have Had Elevated Blood Pressure For A Couple Of

I have had elevated blood pressure for a couple of years now. I'm a 43 year old Black female. I take exforge, but I may skip one day between doses every now and then. My blood pressure is 173/105 today. It has decreased from yesterday(190/100). My head hurts and I'm slightly dizzy. Should I seek medical assistance or just get some rest?
