I Have Had 'emergency' Type Of Urgency While Pooping For

I have had 'emergency' type of urgency while pooping for the past 12 years. After some incidents of not being able to make it to a restroom, I rarely leave the house after a meal and have now been eating only breakfast and dinner for the last couple of years. After giving myself ample bathroom time after breakfast and not leaving the house after dinner.

I have had a colonoscopy and endoscopy done. The doctor wasn't the greatest and just told me to take antacid pills for acid reflux and fiber supplements for IBS. I also was diagnosed with having hemmeroids, an ulcer and my colon isn't a straight question mark. It apparently goes up and down continually. I can't remember the phrase he used but he said it is the reason I use the restroom often; because I can't fully evacuate. The stool gets stuck in the 'turns'.

With all that backstory, the Gastro doctor really didn't solve anything. I still rarely have solid stools and my hemmeroids still bleed occasionally (I have the hemmeroids not because I am constipated, but because I make myself use the restroom 3 times before leaving a building).

I started take probiotics and I am still experiencing the same things. The only thing different is that I have yellow stool. The first time, I tried them in pill form and gave it a month. I am trying the second time with Kombucha. 5 days in, no benefits and getting yellow, loose stool again.

Sorry for long post, but I wanted to give you as much history as possible. Any advise would be appreciated.

As a 32 year old male, I basically just want to go out and have a dinner with my wife and friends and actually eat there with them and enjoy myself.

Thanks for your time.
