I Have Had Excessive Rectal Bleeding Pouring Out For A

I have had excessive rectal bleeding pouring out for a few days, I have previously been diagnosed with internal piles, do I assume it is related to that & the fact that I have been at home ill & coughing a lot as opposed to out at work at my gardening job as usual?
