I Have Had Few Recent Occurrences Of Coughing That Radiates

I have had few recent occurrences of coughing that radiates or tingles across my chest, back and down my arms...like being electrocuted and then throbbing in my arms afterward. My chest back and arms turn bright red are not to the touch. I was prescribed a steroid and breathing treatment but it happened again
