I Have Had Flank Pain That Has Been Radiating Into

I have had flank pain that has been radiating into my abdomen and pelvic which has gradually gotten worse over the course of 2 days. I took Tylenol Which helped ease the pain but did not go away completely. I have been dealing with constipation for the last 3 or 4 months, which is abnormal for me. I have also had cysts on my ovaries in the past.
