I Have Had For The Past Week A Slight Burn

I have had for the past week a slight burn after urinating in the tip of my penis. I'm also starting to have a slight itching feeling now too. I have had a frequent urge to urinate but it doesn't hurt or burn while urinating just afterwards. It feels like it's dripping a while after urinating and burns. There is no smells and my urine is clear. I had a possible exposure to chlamydia 6 months ago but my test came back negative. My girlfriend at the time had some issues and the dr treated her for chlamydia thinking it was that so I was treated as well. It turned out my girlfriend had BV and tested negative for chladmydia and any stds I saw the results. I've started having these symptoms a week to two weeks after my treatment which was 2g of aritzomycin. What could this be?! I don't currently have instance until May but this is bothering me all day long.
