I Have Had Four Sinus Infections Beginning At The End

I have had four sinus infections beginning at the end of November 2014. I have been on many different and numerous antibiotics to which none have helped. I resorted to my ENT doctor and he put me on butal/acetamn/cf 50-325-40. I have taken as my specialist has prescribed it but to no avail. I'am now suffering from severe dizziness, eyes hurt and burn, and at some points my right arm will ache. I have not taken any of this medication since last Friday, April 17th. Can you even think of what it might be as to why I'am so dizzy? Wendy Fritch Salisbury, Md
