I Have Had Gallbladder Out And A Remnant Removed Several

I have had gallbladder out and a remnant removed several years later. Also have a history of fibroid, endo and ovarian cysts resulting in a full hysterechtomy. For the past 2 months pain in my lower/mid ab region constantly dull but flares to acute after eating or just before evacuation of my bladder or bowels. Diverticulosis and appendicitis ruled out by CT and ultrasounds. Cysts were found in my liver and an MRi and colonoscopy have been ordered. Is it possible this is related to gallbladder issues? symptoms are very similar, clammy sweaty pain when acute, increased gas, a feeling that if I could throw up I would feel better. At times acute pain travels up to left shoulder (similar to after Laproscopic surgery) Thoughts?
