I Have Had Gallbladder Surgery And A Month Ago Was

I have had gallbladder surgery and a month ago was diagnosed with diverticulitis only been of antibiotics for two weeks. And pain is back do not know what to eat protein drives me nuts with pain lot of Vegies give me cramps some fruits are ok yogurt in small amounts are ok please help
