I Have Had Headaches (specifically In Right Side Of Head)

I have had headaches (specifically in right side of head) for 2 months. I thought it was sinus but neck crunches when I turn left to right--neck has crunched and popped for the last 2 months also but seem like getting worse.
. I do have some blood in morning when blowing nose but goes away during day. I have pressure in head constant some times bad some times not as bad. I take a lot of advil and decongestants but nothing seems to work. Any ideas or suggestion appreciated.
