I Have Had Heart Failure During An Ulcer Operation. Have

I have had heart failure during an ulcer operation. Have been diagnosed with arthiritus/gout a year ago. My thyroid gave problems also about a year ago. I am 64 years old.
I am using Puricos, Colchicine, Eltroxin, Bisocor, Trepiline,Arcoxia, Lumanor and Topzole.
I am sick and tired of taking medication. Can I stop using Puricos 100,Colchicine, and Arcoxia until needed again. Thanks
